Yes we are! Contact the office for eligibility information.

2. DO YOU DO INDIVIDUAL LIABILITY LEASING?

Yes, we rent by the bedspace. You are only responsible for your rent and utilities.

3. ARE YOU FULLY FURNISHED?

Yes we are. Your bedroom comes with a full size bed, dresser, desk and chair. The living room comes with sofa, chair, coffee table, end table and TV stand. Bar stools are provided for the kitchen island.

4. DO YOU DO ROOMMATE MATCHING?

Each resident will fill out a resident profile inquiring on your study habits, social habits, and hobbies. We do our best to place you in a unit that fits those requests.

5. IS ANYONE AVAILABLE FOR AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES?

We have staff available for emergencies 24/7.

6. CAN I BE MY OWN GUARANTOR?
